We know homes from more than one side.
The people behind Tenant Help bring together more than 15 years of experience across housing, energy, utilities and customer-facing services.
Before Tenant Help, members of our team worked for some of the UK's largest household energy, utility and communications providers, helping customers directly and managing teams in the field.
Housing experience since 2017
Our experience in housing began in 2017, working directly with tenants affected by housing disrepair and seeing first-hand how problems with a home can affect everyday life when they're allowed to drag on.
Our understanding of housing isn't purely professional either. We've rented homes ourselves, owned property and experienced the responsibilities that come with being a landlord.
We've seen both sides of the front door.
Tenant Help since 2021
Tenant Help launched in 2021, bringing that experience together into one independent service. Since then, we've helped hundreds of tenants understand problems with their homes, explore their options and find the right route forward.
